The Salt Cave
Halotherapy is a drug free and completely natural treatment with no side effects. It takes place in a dry, sterile, and hermetic environment that recreates a natural microclimate identical to ancient salt caves and salt mines. This special microclimate was found to have beneficial effects with the following: asthma, allergies, respiratory and skin disorders, infections and many other health conditions. Halotherapy, due to the antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties of salt, can also be used as a preventative therapy. Sunday between 3pm and 5pm is Children Day. Bring your kids for a crystal hunt in the Cave.

Structure and Characteristics of the Salt Cave
The floor, the walls, and the ceiling of the salt cave are covered with food grade fine crystal salt. Tons of large salt rocks surround the visitors placed along the walls and also displayed in wooden crates. This salt is dry and clean. To ensure the purest quality, we use Himalayan pink crystal salt. The size of the room is 450 sq. feet which allows 8+ persons to comfortably be seated during the Halotherapy sessions. Children have a dedicated area to play in order not to disturb the others. The salt cave itself is a completely separate space, isolated from the rest of our store areas.

Sunday is family day in the Salt Cave
Call or Book online Sundays between 3pm and 5pm and bring your kids for free. Children can enjoy playing in the salt and hunting for crystals.
Yoga in the Salt Cave
Every Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm, Friday at 5pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 10am.
Enjoy a slow pace yoga class, holding beautiful poses, working on your breath, getting deep into some yummy stretches. Develop your inner strength and heal your body and mind while inhaling salt and enjoying all the benefits of its magical healing power.
A 1 hours session is now available for a special price of $30 including Saltcave admission.
