Kriya Yoga Class

Kriya Yoga is practiced for alignment of the mind, body and soul. This type of yoga is practiced to achieve deeper states of meditation, better daily focus and prolonged vitality in health.
This kundalini inspired yoga class includes Breathwork, Yoga, and an introduction to using Mudras and Mantras to prepare the body for a deeply relaxing state of Meditation and Sound Healing. Namaste
