Yin Yoga with Reiki Healing

Yin Yoga is the practice of holding specific poses and release tension. We work on the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligament, and joints. It’s a slower and delicate flow where the mind and body get a taste of the type of challenge that comes from complete stillness and awareness. We are going to practice the art of breathing and stretching by holding the posses for longer periods of time. As you hold the poses, instructor will provide energy healing called Reiki to promote healing and relaxation. Reiki is the art of using the hands to deliver universal energy to support your wellbeing.
