Yin Yoga Class

YIN YOGA helps bring about a greater sense of lightness, ease, and flexibility. It is a meditative, healing practice for anyone who wants help unwinding a tight body, mind, or heart. Yin uses passive, longer-held floor poses, bypassing the muscles to nourish and strengthen the body’s deeper connective tissues. Each Yin pose is an opportunity to go inward and find an appropriate balance of both effort and ease. All levels are welcome.
